About Jason Imhoff

  Jason has called the Upstate home for over 20 years, living here with his family of five. Over this time, he has developed a diverse portfolio, gaining experience from a large regional firm in Greenville to an ambitious boutique firm in Spartanburg. Jason has represented a wide range of clients, from large corporations to small businesses, with a primary focus on construction and commercial litigation, although his expertise extends across multiple areas.

Jason has skillfully advocated for clients in numerous cases before the South Carolina Supreme Court and appellate courts, drafted legislation to help subcontractors recover payments, and has successfully tried a variety of cases to verdict. He also provides guidance to construction professionals at every stage of their business, from formation through operation, dissolution, or sale, and assists property owners in resolving construction defect issues.

In his free time, Jason enjoys attending sporting events, restoring trucks, and exploring a wide range of music, bringing his passion for community and creativity into both his work and personal life
